    Hi Enfold Team,

    I am using a form plugin ‘WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder’ (from code canyon), it works on a fresh install of Enfold, but after importing one of the Enfold demo templates, the form no longer allows preview mode. The form plugin author has troubleshooted and advised that the Enfold theme internals is redirecting urls that don’t correspond to a page of the theme to the homepage.

    Would you be able to advise if you have had similar customer incidents or help troubleshoot? I am using the medical demo import.

    Hey wanzer,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi Yigit,

    Credentials supplied in private content. The plugin developer site is at https://codecanyon.net/item/wp-cost-estimation-payment-forms-builder/7818230

    To reproduce the issue, from the WP navigation panel select ‘E&P Form Builder’ (Await prompt as it is our test environment)
    In the forms list, select the ‘preview this form’ icon which is the eye symbol (its next to the edit/pen icon)
    You will be redirected to the main page (on a fresh install of Enfold this doesnt happen, the plugin works normally and previews the form).

    Hi,

    I tried choosing your frontpage and blog page in Settings > Reading instead of Enfold theme options to check if that helps but it did not. Could you please contact plugin author for more information? We do not have any experience with the plugin unfortunately.
    Please also note that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins but we do not mind taking a quick look :)
