    Hi,
    sorry to contact you here and not on the forum. I don’t have the sale code of the Enfold theme that my customuser uses on his website.
    Here is our problem : I’ve updated last week to wordpress 5.7 and since that the masonry grids do not display anymore on desktop. On smartphones, it’s ok.

    I wanted to upload the Enfold theme, thinking the problem could be that. But I see that the latest version 4.8.1 is only compatible with WordPress 6.

    Can I make this update ?
    And do you think this will fixe the problem ?

    Yes, Enfold 4.8.1 is compatible with WordPress 5.7. You can go ahead and update the theme :)

    Hi Yigit,

    We have bought the new version of enfold and tried to put the new key. but we have this message :
    “Following errors occured:
    – purchases: Your private token is invalid
    – username Your private token is invalid
    – email Your private toke is invalid
    – Purchases : A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates

    Then we’ve tried to insert the new theme but it didn’t work.
    the error message was : “the archive cannot be installed. The theme hasn’t a style css file. ”

    Can you help us ?

    The key you shared in private content field is your purchase which you can use to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. After registering to our support forum, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)
