Hello
I have a problem with the template : I can make modifications on the back office but nothing appears on the pages like https://agence-ism.com/entreprise-en-difficulte/
It takes me too much time to try many times the page and see what i can do with.
I only have the page I want after a long moment…Can you help me?
January 4, 2019 at 7:28 am #1049858Hey agenceism,
Thanks for the login details. Do you know if you hosting provider is applying caching to the site maybe? It might be varnish cache causing your site not to update.

No sorry no cache from the hoster…

January 5, 2019 at 6:37 am #1050223Hi,
Thanks for the update, though caching has to come from somewhere if you can’t see changes when updating. There’s nothing in the theme which could affect that except the performance functionality which I see that you have disabled. Are you sure that you are not having problems with caching in your local browser?

RikardJanuary 5, 2019 at 3:14 pm #1050325Hello
I have tried with an other browser and same problem.
The problem is that I will make changes and it will told me that the changes are successful but if I refresh the back office of this page I don’t know why everything came as before the changes…
It’s very boring because I am taken a long time for this problem and can’t really publish my posts…

January 7, 2019 at 2:51 pm #1050894I am really fed with this situation, I can’t change as I want and publish and send it to contacts
I have tried everything…did you take a look?January 8, 2019 at 4:26 am #1051167Hi,
I added a text block at the very bottom, updated the page and it displayed correctly but the color section containing the content has been removed. Did you add any html tags on that page? Did you copy the text from another source?
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 8, 2019 at 5:58 pm #1051452Hello
The text from word… Even by suppressing the div I added before nothing happened…
And to tell you the truth if I remind well I had this problem before adding any code…
So same problem…January 8, 2019 at 5:58 pm #1051453I am talking about the articles and not the pages especially
January 9, 2019 at 4:54 pm #1051918Hi,
Do you have a copy of the content? It was removed after adding the text block. The post is breaking because of the heading.
< strong > SI VOUS ETIEZ LE PROCHAIN ?
You forgot to close the strong tag.

January 9, 2019 at 7:59 pm #1052068This link for example work :https://agence-ism.com/strategie-ikea/
But I don’t now for how many time the content will remain like this since it removes automatically…January 10, 2019 at 8:24 am #1052231Hey!
You don’t need to close a line break or br tag.
// https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_br.asp
Again, you forgot to close the strong tag in the “strategie-ikea” page.
< strong > MEUBLE TON BUSINESS COMME IKEA
Please be careful with the html tags because unclosed tags can break existing elements in the builder.

IsmaelJanuary 10, 2019 at 3:13 pm #1052343Hello
I have done exactly what you said. Results: All the page I was working on has been removed when I updated…So it’s not what you said and every time I have this problem…
Do you have an other solution which can solve really my problem? Is there a conflict with wordpress?
January 10, 2019 at 3:18 pm #1052344More “funny” how many time did I try to change the codage and then been removed…and back office removed…”lol”.So many hours just to for a design of a page and put again what has been removed automatically etc
January 11, 2019 at 8:31 am #1052626Hi,
The layout will disappear after the problem when you update, but once the markup is closed correctly then it will not happen again. I’m sorry for the problem, but you have to be careful to close markup properly since the layout builder is a bit sensitive to it unfortunately.
Best regards,
