    Hello,

    I hope everything is going well there, after the last upgrade of woocommerce and some plugins, the site https://www.fishesinvasion.com/ remained stuck on the preload image and neither the home nor the shop pages are shown. I’ve tried deactivating several plugins but the problem persists… can you help me understand how to fix it? Luckily the backend is working normally, so you can log in to check the situation.

    Since e-commerce is blocked, the customer is not very happy.

    Hey cuccarini,

    Thanks for the login details. Did you try to deactivate all plugins except Woo, and active the parent theme? If not, then please try doing that. You might want to restore a backup and copy the current site to a staging site if the site is active and has customers. If you need further help then please share server error logs with us.

    Hello,

    I found the problem is related to this plugin “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” this implement Advance features of Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. Version 2.0.31 | By Emran Ahmed”. The Pro versione create a fatal error on the website, so I disabled this before.
