`On my website http://www.something-wild.co.uk I just updated the enfold theme via FTP.
The website is now not finding any of the pages on the menus. eg visiting
http://something-wild.co.uk/something-wild-trail-marathon/ just gives you a document not found error!
What can I do to fix this? Do I need to import the theme parent to the enfold child?

Could you try to reset your permalinks settings under Settings–>Permalinks to see if that helps please?
