    Hello Kriesi Team,

    I have a problem after moving a site to a test-system. I made a Backup with Duplicator, everything worked fine, also the installation to the test-subdomain.

    The first Backup I made was with the LayerSlide (Enfold-Backend, Layout-Builder, aktivated Plug-In), then I installed it to the test-url and i got this error:

    If I wanted to open wp-admin page login I got this messages:

    I thought it’s maybe a PHP Problem, but the Versions are ok (was and is PHP 7.4).

    Next I tried to made another Duplicator Backup without the Layerslider Plug-In in Enfold-Backend > Layout-Builder. Backup was okay, then I installed it again on test-url but now the Site isn’t opening and a Download-Window opens (the Download is a File, when I open it in Browser, the Site looks normal).

    When I deactivate the child-theme via FTP, the site opens like first try, but without child-theme look.

    I don’t know why this is happening, can you help please?

    Hey, Thank you for your answer. The Login Data is in the private section, but I can’t log-In because there are only the errors at the login-page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The messages seem to block any type of login, is that what you are seeing on your end too? I’m not sure what the problems might be, but strange things can sometimes happen when using plugins like duplicator. Could you try a different method or plugin maybe? You could also try to install a clean version of the theme, then import theme settings and other WordPress data to see if that works better.
