    Hi guys, just updated and immediately noticed the issue. Our page design looks like colorful checkerboard of tight square but after the update there are wide gaps between the squares all over sudden and I can’t figure out where to change that setting or how to change that period to make it look normal again. Any ideas?

    This seems to be a bug. We have reported the issue to our devs and shared this thread as reference as well.

    Hey,

    I am getting “ERROR: User has not confirmed their account.” error so I could not login.

    Our devs already fixed the issue and it will be included in upcoming version.
    For temporary fix:
    – Please update the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-builder.js file – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8/avia-builder.js in Appearance > Editor
    – Open the page
    – Open the first outmost ALB element e.g.like column – this forces rebuild of the ALB shortcodes
    – Update page

    If you would like us to apply the changes for you, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately :)

    Hi guys, today I tried twice to update my site to version 4.8, but I don’t get the message that the update was done correctly, the site could not be loaded.
    I tried twice, in both the site was on hold but not loaded and displayed.
    To fix the problem I had to restore a backup.
    Have you encountered any such problems?
    I leave credentials for access in the reserved section.

    4.8.1 is already released, could you try updating to that please?


    @cristinapizzato    , if you need help with updating, then please open a new thread and include FTP and WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please verify that you have backups of the site.
