    after the last update I can not add buttons or icons as projected. I’m having trouble viewing the page even though it looks fine on preview.

    Hey mtncoskun,

    You need to go to your files via FTP and rename the enfold folder to Enfold_old and upload the fresh copy. In this update, some files moved around and some were not removed by the update process.

    I still see the files that are not supposed to be there.

    Can you please share your FTP credentials?
    Are you sure you removed the old Enfold folder?

    The problem I had previously uploaded with cPanel was still a problem, but now I do not have any problems when I upload files using cybeduck. and the problem was solved. thank you.
