Bringing this topic back up.
So now I’m back trying to add new icons and they aren’t working properly.
I’ve added icons successfully to fontello (with no error message). Downloaded that fontello zip file, uploaded it to the icon font manager on Enfold with no problem.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/39930/Website_bugs/fontello-screenshot.pngHowever when I try to insert the icon, I get this.

That train icon is an icon I was able to import successfully a month ago. It’s weird because that icon isn’t even in that zip file.I tested this on another test site and it actually works just fine like this.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/39930/Website_bugs/fontello-fonts-that-are-good.pngIt’s just not working on the current site I’m building.
Any ideas? Not sure it’s a plug-in. Not many more plug-ins on the new one than the test site.

I found the problem.
Plug-in conflict with Image Widget from Modern Tribe.Ticket closed. :)

Thanks a lot for updating and letting us know, we do appreciate it a lot.
Cheers!
BasilisOctober 25, 2016 at 11:39 pm #704055I am having this same issue however it does not appear to be a plug-in conflict. I tried deactivating each plug-in.
Please advise since I am also unable to see any of the icons downloaded on the website below, all I see is a square where the icon should be similar to gerardbao’s:

my apologies for any confusionNovember 25, 2016 at 8:19 pm #717046Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyNovember 27, 2016 at 2:29 pm #717425Hi
I thought I would second this issue …. I’ve been trying for around a month to upload Fontello icons and get exactly the same screenshot tichase shows … despite clearing all Caches and waiting a few days. I submitted a post around three weeks ago about this that’s the issue was not resolved. hopefully it can be, I’ll keep an eye out for any replies. Exact same process, black and white only compatible icons
Regards
richard
November 28, 2016 at 9:36 pm #717982I did the above steps and still unable to select the additional icons.
November 30, 2016 at 5:12 am #718622Hi,
Please remove the icon set again then go back to the fontello site. Select the fonts and then specify the font set name. View the screenshot.
You have to specify a unique identifier everytime you upload an icon set.
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 30, 2016 at 1:48 pm #718749that worked for me, not sure re tichase
(Wow – 6. Hrs later! I think this very important step is not intuitive and not mentioned in the video / documentation… but thanks)November 30, 2016 at 6:16 pm #718922I tried that however it still appears wrong when adding the new icon to a page:
I’m checking file permissions on the FTP side as well but any help on this is appreciated.
Thanks
December 1, 2016 at 12:33 am #719034Update: Checked file permissions (775) and everything seems to be correct on the back-end. I cleared cache, deactivated plugins, etc. but im still unable to view the added icons as per image in previous post.
Please advise. Thank you
