    Which page can I find the form from the the screenshot? On the contact page I am seeing the privacy message so i assume that is a different form.

    Hi,

    Neither /wp-admin and /wp-login.php did not load for me so i was not able to login.
    It seems like you are using JetPack’s comment form. Please go to JetPack’s settings and disable discussion and it should display Enfold’s comment form with checkbox :)

    JetPack’s comment form was offline, so I think that’s not the problem.
    If you can not connect it could be because you are connecting from a country that is blocked, tell me please the country and I look at it.

    Hey Jose,

    I am located in Lithuania.
    It might be cache related as well because when i inspect source code, i can see JetPack’s comment form instead of WordPress’.

    What is the login url? We tried “wp-admin” and “wp-login” but those pages don’t exist. Please provide the login url in the private field.
