I need a help with the privacy and cookies bar at the footer of the my site pages. I tried everything impossible broken privacy show an all pages.I have temporarily disable it.

I didn’t find the option where to add the short code. It says ” Select to show the message bar in the Enable cookie consent messages option” I didn’t find that option either.
