Hi,
I would like to set my primary color on the same pink there is in my logo. It’s perfect for the nag menu, the quote etc. But the thing is it’s a problem when i need to use strong text .
Is there any way via css that I can customize this so that the primary color I chose in Enfold stay as it is but my strong text has a different color?I have another question not quite related but almost..I have watched the video to make a child theme…But I have already started my website (I’m new to child theme..) I understood if I do one now some information will be deleted but is it just the settings I have used in enfold admin or will it affect the pages where I have used the page builder?
It would really help if you could answer me on that.Kind regards
Delphine

1) Yes, use following css code to change the “strong” tag styling
#top #wrap_all .alternate_color strong{ color: #333; }
2) You can easily switch to a child theme. You won’t loose any settings especially because we introduced a “parent theme settings import” option with Enfold 2.3.1.
Cheers!
PeterNovember 7, 2013 at 2:26 pm #185588Hi,
Thanks for the css.
I have one last question about the child theme. You said you included the “parent theme setting import” option. But in order to create my child theme do I have to follow the tutorial on Vimeo? Or is the procedure different now that there is this option?
Kind regards,
Delphine
November 8, 2013 at 2:11 pm #186120Hi!
Procedure is the same. You should follow instructions on this video http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67221517
There is only “parent theme settings import” button added.Best regards,

I’m sorry, it’s not clear..I understand the video and how to do and import the child theme.
But I don’t understand about the “parent theme settings import” button added.” Is it something that will appear on enfold panel once i have installed a child theme?Kind regards,
Delphine

Yes, it will appear once you install a child theme. It is a blue button on Enfold > Theme Options.
