    Hello Enfold Team,

    Your theme works great, but I have a military account and they are running old browser versions. I’ve told them about their security risks, but it’s too difficult for their network to keep up to date with the latest browser versions. Based on initial talks, I will need Enfold version 3.0.4 but I am getting that verified in a few days. Since your contact form specifically states to ask support questions on this forum (http://kriesi.at/contact), can you help me by providing a previous version? Thanks!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    We can provide an older version of the theme but please be aware that this version is not going to work properly on latest versions of WordPress. You may need to use WP version 4.0 or lower. You can download the theme here: http://bit.ly/1MDKUY4

    Any updates? We’re now starting to look into other themes if we can’t find a solution.

    Hi!

    By browser version, which versions specifically? Note that the theme is compatible with IE8 or higher, chrome, firefox, safari and opera. I checked the site but it’s not using Enfold. If you have the time, please provide screenshots of specific issues.

    As you can see it’s not necessarily a browser issue. Something is restricting the page from rendering properly.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the screenshots.

    1.) I checked the site on IE8, a much older version than IE9 but it looks fine. Please try to disable or enable compatibility mode.

    2.) On firefox, same version, this is what it looks like:

    3.) On chrome, unfortunately, there is no way for us to check that. That version is 20+ lower, patch on year 2013, than the latest release of chrome. Is there no way you can upgrade the chrome browser?

    Note that we can’t provide support for lower version of the theme. Please hire a freelance developer or contact codeable in order to fix these issues: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
