    Hi there,
I hope you can help. All was working well yesterday. Site is live. I want to make some changes by replacing the animation on the home page so created a new page to test a whether gif or lottie file would be better. I used the advanced layout editor template function to create a section template and loaded this to new page. It does not show in preview at all. I also noticed that removing the sidebar on the page does not work.
Adding a new section with an image shows in preview fine, but not template, or changes to the page structure. I published the test page in private mode to check and it still did not show reflected changes. I cleared the site cache, hard refreshed, then emptied browser cache altogeher. I have spend hours on the phone to the host – I asked them to increase php memory limit which they did. Still no change. Eventually they told me it seems to be an issue with the avia layout builder. Please help, I need to create new pages – I have no clue what changed from yesterday to today.
The page also jumps back to default editor after saving and exiting.

    Hey Grosetheme,
Please note that the WordPress preview option doesn’t always work correctly because WordPress doesn’t always load all of the theme files for every element in preview mode, unfortunately we can not override WordPress for this. We recommend opening your page in a new tab and after saving your changes switch tabs an reload the page to check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Thanks for your response Mike. Yes I noticed this happens and use your suggested solution in general. My issue resolved itself the following day so it mustve been a server issue. Please close this log and thanks again
