    I was in page builder, I hit default editor button, and now when I hit preview my page does not load. No other pages were affected. Any thoughts as to what may have happened?

    Hi Jeff!

    The layout builder does not display in the page preview. If you have content in the default editor it will display in the page preview though. You can set your page status to private and publish it. When your done editing it you can set the status back to public.

    Thanks Elliot for the quick reply! That was my first post and wasn’t sure I was going to even get a response! So let me clarify more. I have a page that I have cloned. I have been editing it in Avia layout builder, the post in not published and is in draft. I was able to preview it just fine and save drafts. Then I cleared the cache because the footer was not loading properly and then I also hit default editor. Since then I am no longer able to preview my design. It just shows the header and the footer. All of the contents are still in the Avia layout builder. Yost seo plugin is saying there are no words or tags etc. I am not ready to publish the page because I would like to use a URL that is already live and just switch. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Thanks for your help.

    Hey!

    Are you using a plugin to clone the page? Perhaps that is causing an issue with it. It works fine with other pages correct?

    Send us a WordPress login and a link to the page and we’ll take a look.

    EDIT: And about the Yoast plugin, it can not see content in the layout builder. That doesn’t mean it has a negative effect on your SEO. The search engines can still see all of your content, it’s just that the plugin does not.

    Hey Elliot,

    I bit the bullet and restored previously saved versions until it came back. It turns out whenever I hit the undo arrow it screws it up. So in the future I will not use that. So all is fixed for now.

    Good to know about the Yoast plugin. It also says that I have no images on the page. Does it not play well with enfold?

    I REALLY like the framework you guys have built! VERY easy to use!! Very clean!

    Hi,

    Since everything you add with the Layout Builder is added via shortcode the Yoast plugin is not able to determine what content is on there, but like Elliott stated this won’t have any negative effect on your actual SEO.
