    Hi,

    I have a problem with my site. Preview mode don’t work. See this picture https://www.mupload.nl/img/4fbybs84z578v.jpg
    You see at the top that it is not correct

    I have upgraded my website to the latest wordpress version. Have all plugins deactivated. Have Enfold re-uploaded. And everything does not work.

    Please help.

    Hey Mike,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I opened a text block element on one of your pages but it look fine on my end. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload to see if that helps? If not then please specify where we can reproduce the error.

    Hi Mike,

    I’m not sure to be honest with you, but it’s likely cached content left in your browser which causes it to look like that after an update. Glad we could help though :-)
