    I am using a Mac OS system in Chrome with Enfold theme in WordPress. My preview does not work when I am in the advanced layout editor working on my website. Please help. I have tried clearing my data, using chrome, safari and firefox. Please help. I just started creating my website too. It is very troubling and hard to work with if I can’t see what my page will look like or if what I am adding is working.

    Hey evanskathy,

    Thanks for the login details. What happens if you switch to the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

    I switched to classic editor and my preview still does not work. Please help. This makes it very hard to work with.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Is this happening on a particular page? If so then please post a link to that so that we can try on our end. Also, I see that you have a third party layout builder installed, what happens if you deactivate that?

    Hi, I deactivated the Beaver Builder plugin and it still does not preview. I have only gotten as far as the homepage.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The preview is working properly if the Block Editor is disabled. You can toggle the editor from the Enfold > Theme Options panel. We switched the editor to Classic.

    Sorry, but my preview change button does not update any edits. I am in this now and the preview feature still does not work.

    Hi,

    Thank you for following up.

    It is working properly on our end. Please remove the browser cache and refresh the page. This is what we see when we preview the page after adding a text block element above the layer slider.

    The text block is immediately displayed in the preview as you can see in the screenshot above.

    Good morning,
    I am having trouble with my images scaling down to fit the mobile phone. Can you please help. I tried to paste this in the css under customize section, but it did not work. Look at Training, this would be a good example.
