    Hi support team!

    When attempting to edit images in the media library, I’m seeing the “Could not load the preview image. Please reload the page and try again.” error when I have the Enfold Child theme activated. When the regular Enfold theme is activated, I don’t have this issue.

    Problem is, I’m working in a child theme and don’t know exactly how to make the change to the functions.php while also working in a child theme.

    I checked the functions.php files both Enfold and child theme. There is no closing php tag

    But it could be caused by a plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins and reactivate one after the other and check.

    We have cart.php, footer.php and functions.php that we’ve edited.

    Any of those files must have an issue this is why you get this problem.
