    I have a brand new site running WordPress 5.0.2 and EnFold 4.5.2.

    When I make a change to a page and try to preview those changes before posting, I’m given a 500 error.

    If I look in the Apache error logs, I see the following

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, could you try to select the Classic Editor in the Select Your Editor option in the main theme options page to see if that helps please?

    I tried the classic editor and have the same problem. I do know that preview for the classic editor used to work as I used it before I purchased your product.

    So you’re saying that if you go to Pages > All Pages > Sample Page > Edit > Preview that it works for you?

    It appears to be hit or miss now…for a while I received the 500 error I mentioned above. Today when I tried after you said it worked for you, preview is showing me a very out of date page…very different than the home page that should be there now. The 500 error seems to have gone away, but again, the previews now aren’t matching what they should be.

    Please try using the ctrl+f5 combination to reload preview pages, WordPress seems to cache them more than before.

    Ctrl F5 is no help…I get the same behavior when I use a brand new browser or run from incognito mode.

    I still think the errors I posted before from the Apache error log are a clue here…the errors very clearly mention ‘Enfold’

    Hi,

    The error pertains to the masonry element and one of the session function. What is the current PHP version? Please ask your hosting provider if the session package is enabled.

    Hi,

    Edit the page and remove the masonry element from the advance layout builder. You should also disable the plugins temporarily to see if one of them is causing the error.

    There are no other plugins other than the the temporary login one that I added to gain you access.

    I’ll look into the masonry element, I’m not familiar with it.
