    Hi,
    When I look at the preview changes on my website, everything looks good. When I access my website outside WordPress, it doesn’t look the same as when I am in the builder. It seems to only happen to some pages, not all of them. This is a new problem I didn’t have before. Why is this?

    I cleared the cache on my browser.

    Hi Eric,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,
    I’ve attached the link in the private section.

    The other thing I have noticed is that everything seems to be sized much smaller now and not placed where I had them originally. (padding) The header seems to be much smaller as well.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked some pages including the homepage and compared the preview page however it looks the same on my end.
    Is it only on specific pages?

    Hi Nikko,

    I’ve cleared the cache of a plugin which helped significantly and now it seems like everything is smaller. If you preview the changes and compare it vs the real site (not logged in), everything seems smaller( the header, text, images). Its almost as if it shrinks.

    Hi Eric,

    I have posted a screenshot link in private content how it looks on my end, I compared both preview and not-logged version yesterday and I don’t really see any difference even when I inspected the width, paddings and margins, I think it may just be due to cache as what you have mentioned.
