I built a very simple slider, One layer and three slides. I cannot get the Preview button to work. I do have the very latest version 3.0.4. and WP 4.0.1 which I see had a problem, but was patched – right?
I’ve watched every video I can fine, but none of them look like my screen, so I’m working in the dark here. For instance my button is not on top.
‘How can I get the button to work? There are no plugins as this is a new site.Thanks!

Try creating at least one post. I think that will get rid of the javascript error your getting.

The slider is not previewing on my dashboard and not appearing on the page. I don’t know what you did, but the problem is not resolved.
What did I do wrong when I created the slider and why isn’t it working?

Please take some time to review all of the resources in the Theme Documentation. A lot of basic stuff like theme installation, element configuration, options overview, css snippets and whole lot of handy stuff regarding the theme are probably available in there. You can watch video tutorials or get hold of a few hooks and filter functions that may help you modify the theme as you like. You can also search the forum for any related questions or issues.

I see the test page. I don’t see the slider! As I mentioned before, I have watched the videos over and over. I found 2, one by Nick and another my someone who was Swedish (I didn’t catch his name). Both are old and the dashboard doesn’t look the same as mine. I’m using WP 4.0.1 and Enfold 3.0.4. Are they compatible?
All I’m trying to do is set up a simple 1 layer, 3 slide slider and preview it on the dashboard and then place on a page.
Do you have any up to date info on how to do this in the latest version of Enfold and WP?

It’s displaying fine on my end as well.
It’s not displaying for you? Take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing.
Also try clearing your browser cache and view in a different browser. Make sure your browsers are updated to their latest versions and try deactivating any browser plugins / extensions you may have installed.

I created a new page am attempting to place the slider there, but following the videos isn’t working. I’ve created the slider. What are the basic steps?
