    I’ve opted for the pre-loading page – anyways to extend or shorten the time of the pre-loading page? Example, I’d like to set the pre-loading page to display for 4 seconds.

    Thanks,

    Hey OriginsSpeak,

    This is possible but you have to modify one of the parent theme files. Edit the js > avia.js and look for the “avia_site_preloader” function. Increase the value of the setTimeout function on line 355.

    }, 500);

    Play around with the value.

    Jordan, I’m not as advanced as some. Would you mind doing this for me? Set it to 3 real seconds. 1 Mississippi, two Mississippi, 3 Mississippi.

    Hi,

    I don’t have access to these files as they aren’t accessible via admin. Best solution would be to have someone close who is more knowledgeable go into the theme file and make the update, or follow the instructions as I’ve laid out. If possible you can provide ftp as well.

    Thanks Jordan!
    Where is the parent theme located?

    Hi,

    It’s located on wherever the site is hosted. So on your webhost, it is most likely:
    Site Name > wp-content > Themes > Enfold > js > avia.js
