Hello. Under theme options, I specified a logo for the Preloader. However, I’m still seeing the spinning wheel on preload. Did I miss a step or two?

BasilisCache is not coming into play here, as it’s disabled across the board. Clearing the browser cache had no impact.

I changed icon and it worked.
most probably it was a white image on a white page background that is why it was not working.
Let us know if we can do anything else.Cheers!
BasilisThe following image should work on this home page, as it’s a Blue background. Using ANY, transparent PNG seems to be an issue.
