Dear Sirs,
I have some pre-sales questions.
1. If I understood it right, your theme can only be purchased through the envato market under the terms of the regular or extended licence. Is that right or do you sell licences to the avada theme directly?
2. As envato states under 19 of the regular licence:
The author of the Item retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Item and you. Envato Pty Ltd is not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.
So I guess I have to ask you for clarification in which cases the regular licence is not sufficiant and the extended licence is necessary?
I am a native german speaker, so answers in german are warmly welcome.

1. The theme is only sold on Themeforest/Envato, it cannot be purchased anywhere else. And to be clear, we are the authors of Enfold, not Avada :-)
2. I’m not really sure what exactly they mean by that legal text, but if you are looking for a theme for a single website, then the regular licence should do just fine for you.

thank you for your quick response. Of course your are the authors of Enfold! And of course my questions are about the Enfold Theme. Doing all the research, I guess I mixed things up a bit. :)
@1 – then I know now where to buy in case
@2 – the whole Envato concept is puzzeling me.
