Hi,
I am considering purchasing Enfold for a photography site.
I would base it on your Minimal Portfolio theme.1) Regarding the individual portfolio gallery pages containing multiple pictures, I can see that the some of the pictures here are placed side-by-side, others after each other. I would like to have just a list of pictures for most of my galleries. Is that possible? Also, is the current layout an auto-layout (where some pictures are randomly placed next to each other, others by themselves) or is each page laid out manually?
2) How will the workflow experience be when uploading pictures to the individual galleries? Will I be able to drag and drop pictures from my computer and easily re-arrange them in your environment? And later easily delete individual pictures/rearrange again?
3) Can I change the order that the list of galleries are showed in the main filterable gallery page by drag and drop? Or do I need to e.g. modify WordPress upload date for each gallery to do this?
4) I notice that your demos are very fast both on a desktop and on mobile. Which picture sizes/compressions do you use to obtain this speed? What would be your recommended picture upload dimensions to display well on a variety of devices (I can easily resize photos myself).
Best regards,
Peter Voigt

First of all thank you for your interest, we do appreciate it
1. Yes it is possible, just have 1 column per gallery with image
2. Yes it is simple like using simple WordPress functionality
3. Yes you can change them as you want
3. There are many different software and cache you can use.
ANy of the available on WordPress.org will do the same work. For Cache we do use SuperCacheBest regards,

Another question:
Is it possible to build a page like the following:
http://marielaigneau.com/gallery
I.e., with a list of galleries and some sample pictures from each gallery shown in a matrix?
I suspect it would have to be done manually, i.e., linking to the sample pictures from the sub-gallery manually, but would it be easy to do?
Also, still curious about recommended pictures resolutions?
Best regards,
Peter

Yes, that would be possible :)
Enfold resizes images as needed and in backend you can see recommended image sizes for different elements. Also, you can use a plugin such as this one to optimize your images – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
Cheers!
