    Hello

    This is my third or fourth email to you guys and have not had one reply, only a canned acknowledgement two days ago. My first email was Aug 25th and that’s now about 12 days.

    Can you please answer those so I can make a decision as I might have a follow up too based on your answers?

    Is it normal for support to take a few days on each question? How does that work if we are in the middle of building a site and have to wait a couple of days for a question or help each time?

    Do you respond within US daytime hours or not as you are in Europe?

    We have support on all time frames.
    Can you please register and open a ticket, as if it is as a Presale, it can be missed as we can not validate purchase numbers

    You do know it is not possible to register without a purchase code, so I am not sure how to do that to ask pre purchase questions. You make it quite difficult to interact to actually ask questions to buy your product; I’ve been trying for almost two weeks. It would have been nice had you just replied instead of replying that I should register and then re ask the same questions for the 4th time when you could have just searched for them and answered. Your own REPLY below says the line between the delimiters so naturally one is expecting an Answer. Since you found the last email where I said please answer, this is the 3rd attempt, why not just answer the actual question at the same time too rather than just saying submit it again?? Not very courteous.

    Moreover,why you do you have a pre sales question form if rather have people to register?? Why not say that? But then of course, no one can register anyway. All very confusing and has wasted a lot of time already.

    Message: Hi I have some questions re Enfold pre purchasing: a) if i have a sticky menu that is a mega menu and sidebar menu too and both the sidebar and the main menu items have links to anchors will they scroll to the right place? in other themes, the main menu scrolls to the anchor and it displays properly but the sidebar menu scrolls to the anchor incorrectly as it ends up under the sticky menu. you also allow a second sticky menu under the sub header, can that be used to scroll to anchors properly if the main menu and secondary is sticky? in my site, i want to do this due to diving into related content. i) on the main mega menu, there would be a title \’Products\’. Which I click on that it goes to the first of the product pages, Prod 1. That page has your second sticky menu with the list of the products. Prod 1 is highlighted as I am there. In that page, there are sections with anchors. There is a sidebar menu that lists all the sections. Clicking on the section scrolls the page to there. And the section is highlighted if possible. If the scrollbar menu can scroll with the page that would be good. That section in am in should then remain highlighted. Can I do this or if not all of it, what can I in the standard 2017 Enfold. ii) Can I use Anchors on the mega menu to directly jump to the section in a Products page as explained above? iii) Can I use Buttons to jump to such an anchor on the same page or from some other page? b) for a blog post, can I have related items AND recommended items that are specific posts I want to show links for at the bottom of the post? Can I show these in the exactly same style of image+text as https://www.helpscout.net/blog/? d) do most theme customizations need php and a child theme or i can just add CSS (is there a place in the theme settings or options to add custom CSS) to do most of those. I don\’t want to do any php coding at all if possible.. e) Re deep linking, you say that is used on accordion/toggle. Can it be used with Tabs and Tabs section too so the right tab is reached just as the right toggle is opened with deeplinking URL? f) Do you have a drop down \’action bar\’ or such sliding element above the header. Usually a small strip you click on and a curtain slides down that holds widgets, etc. Thanks Zainul

    Hello, this is getting a bit silly. I can’t register on your forum as it says and will only accept a purchase code. Yet you want me to register before answering questions you already received (since you emailed me to register based on having received those) THROUGH a pre purchase form specifically for pre purchase questions on your own site, for which I got a canned reply saying the question was received and to expect a reply shortly. It’s been TWO WEEKS and FIVE emails. Can you not simply answer the questions since you are answering me on HOW to register after receiving the same emails already, and your registration info doesn’t work anyway??? Zainul

    I think I already answered your question 2 or 3 days ago. Most of the features that you’re after are possible with the theme but it will require some customization that are beyond the scope of support, you may need assistance from a freelance developer or you can contact our partner, Codeable.
