    Thanks for the update. I’m not so sure about the source of this information, did you manage to verify if this person is working for an actual company? It might be an attempt to scam you or to gain access to your site.

    Yes we agree it is probably a scam. Have any of your team had a look at the content of the email and whether it is valid for your theme? We just want to double check that what this person says is not true?

    Thanks for the update. The code in the screenshot is not a part of theme, so we can’t really say what the person in question is referring to unfortunately.
