I am using the Accordeon element to create a FAQ and have activated the FAQ schema in the Accordeon options accordingly.
However the URL links created by Enfold in the resulting FAQ scheme are wrong: The id / URL in the FAQ settings looks like this:
https://website.de/mypost/toggle-id-2. The end of the URL should be #toggle-id-2 instead of /toggle-id-2. The latter URL will result in a 404 error.
The same bug occurs when custom toggle values are used in the Extra section of the Accordeon settings under developer settings.December 9, 2020 at 8:30 am #1265932Hey AlexR,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We cannot reproduce the issue on our end — the end of URL contains a hashtag or is in anchor format. Please check the screenshot below.

We checked the site on Firefox Dev Windows 10. Which browser and OS are you using?

IsmaelDecember 11, 2020 at 4:38 pm #1266588The URL created by the FAQ schema is wrong when checking the web page with Google Rich Results Test. The output from the FAQ section in the Google Rich Result test is shown in this screenshot: Screenshot
The anchor tag in the output on the RHS is missing for all URLs.- This reply was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by AlexR.
December 14, 2020 at 12:05 pm #1267085hello… any update on this topic?
December 15, 2020 at 4:17 am #1267339Hi,
Sorry for the delay. The URL or the value of the id property is automatically generated by the testing tool based on the ID of the element with the type Answer. It is not generated by the theme. And based on the screenshot, it does not seem to be showing any errors or warning — it is supposed to be in red or orange if the schema is incorrect or invalid.
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 15, 2020 at 10:20 am #1267408Hi Ismael.
when testing the FAQ scheme with the accordion for the URL specified in the Private Content section I do get the error message Missing field “mainEntity” in the Google Rich Results Test Tool. For the second URL I do get “Page load issues”. The page worked perfectly fine before editing the FAQ scheme.
Could you please look into these issues?
Thanks,
Alex
