Link shared privately.November 12, 2018 at 8:50 am #1032475Hey Oliver,
Do those URLs actually exist? Did you try to reset your permalinks under Settings->Permalinks?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 27, 2020 at 1:42 pm #1241198Hi Rikard,
In the Sidebar on each blogpage there are 2 sections:
1. Latest news
2. Archive – with month and year mentionedThe problem is in the archive list.
If I click on the Month Year (example ‘June 2018’) – I am redirected to the homepage.Ideally I want ‘June 2018’ click to take me to the blog page(s) uploaded in that month.
Please help.
Thank you.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

I believe issue is related to one of your plugins. Can we try de-activating them all for testing purposes?
Best regards,
YigitNovember 7, 2020 at 10:28 am #1259025Hi Yigit, which plugin would you want to try deactivating?
November 9, 2020 at 2:10 pm #1259257Hi,
I would like to de-activate them all and then check the issue with all plugins de-activated. Then I will basically activate them one by one to find the culprit.
Best regards,
YigitNovember 14, 2020 at 1:39 pm #1260487Thank you Yigit,
Is deactivating all the plugins risky pertaining the working of the website?
Also, you will have to be more specific about the time duration the plugins will be deactivated and the effects it will have on the website’s frontend.
Once I have the above information, I can suggest the best time – least traffic on website – for you to execute the deactivation.
Please let me know.
Thank you.
November 16, 2020 at 4:35 am #1260625Hi,
Thanks for the update. Deactivating plugins is usually not risky and should not introduce any problems on your site once the are activated back, but problems can alway occur of course, so if you have a staging or development version of the site, then it’s better to do thing like these on there instead.
The plugins only have to be deactivated for a few minutes. We can’t really say what the effects will be on the front end unfortunately, but if your plugins are adding or altering things on the front end, then there will be changes during the time which the plugins are deactivated.
Best regards,

I have the same problem. The conflict is with the Rank Math plugin – once deactivated the archive works just fine. Obviously, leaving the SEO plug in deactivated is not an option. The permalink settings are for the post month and name. I’m looking for solutions/next steps, but don’t see any in the Forum.
November 2, 2024 at 12:10 pm #1470466Hi,
Since you have found that this is related to the plugin you should try each setting in the plugin to find the one causing the error.
This thread is 4 years old, so a lot has changed in the plugin and theme, I would advise to open a new thread with your findings and how we can reproduce with a admin login to your site. I recommend to not post in this thread as it will not be private and you will not see what we write in the Private Content area.Best regards,
Mike -
