    If you try to preview an ALB post or page on our site, many of the changes aren’t reflected in the preview. At first, I thought it might be a WP_MEMORY_LIMIT or max_input_vars issue but since setting them to 512M and 3000 respectively, the problem wasn’t resolved. I thought this might be the issue because some of the pages include a lot of elements. It also can’t be related to caching because we have no cashing plugins installed at this time. I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins.

    Please note this isn’t the case ALL the time, but it certainly happens frequently. Here are some screenshots:

    This is very frustrating for our web content managers. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Hey maxine_j_p,

    Thanks for the screenshots and login details. What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The site contains an older version of the theme, v4.5.7. An upgrade to the latest version might help fix the issue. Please upgrade the theme to v4.6.3.1.

    I’ve updated to v4.6.3.1 and tried both the standard and block editor and the problem still persists.
