    I’ve seen this issue around the forum but some of the replies are private and I can’t get the workaround based only on supports answers…
    My post will need to be private too, by the way. =(

    Sorry to anyone who gets in this thread looking for answers… I hope that even with my Private Content, the support team answers will help you guys too.

    I can’t see any issue. What do you mean? The first two links seem pretty much the same to me, I can see your list on both:

    And your fourth link does not work for me. Please check.

    Could you fix it already? If not please show us what you want to achieve by providing a mockup/screenshots.

    Hey!

    you are using an old version of the theme. Please update to v3.0.8.

    I can also see several errors for your website in Chrome console. Do you use any script in your child theme? It seems to make problems …
    If updating does not help, please try to deactivating all plugins to see if one is causing any conflict.

    Hi!

    so when the plugin types is activated it doesn’t work anymore, right? On their website it is said: “Works with WordPress 3.4-4.1.1 and any theme”. If it doesn’t work four you, please contact the plugin’s author for support and let us know what they are saying.
