Hi there! When I want to share a post from my blog to Facebook, there is still no pic or text added. I read about that topic in here and configured the plugin ‘Facebook Open Graph’ with all the meta tags, but it still doesn’t work… any idea on that?
January 24, 2018 at 9:37 pm #902333Hey sensufaktur,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for providing the login link, I tried to check it but I couldn’t find errors that might cause the issue, can you try switching to a wordpress default theme, like twenty seventeen and check if it works, if not try contacting the plugin author/support, they should be able to help better than us :(
Best regards,

Yes, if TwentySeventeen is having an issue as well then yes, this is likely a plugin error.
Best regards,
