Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > Blog Layout and for the blog style option select the “Single author, small preview pic” or the “Single author, big preview pic” styles.

If i do that, then it certainly adds featured image for posts on category page. However, it removes the right sidebar on main blog page.

Are you using any cache plugin? When you are doing those changes, do you clear cache?
Regards,
BasilisJuly 3, 2015 at 7:24 am #467843We do have W3 Total Cache plugin. We do clear cache when making changes however sEMRush constantly shows that we have poor text/html ratio for 54 pages. This covers every page on our website including home page. So that is why it is important for us to solve this.

If I view source the page, it seems like there is an html cache on it.
Can you ask your hosting provider, if they are doing anything server side?Best regards,
BasilisJuly 3, 2015 at 8:55 am #467864Yes cloudflare takes cache of the page for their CDN

July 3, 2015 at 12:34 pm #467952Howdy guys!
I checked the above with CloudFlare and finally disabled their HTML minify. Activated minify at W3C Total Cache. Now I can see the source code and confirm that minify is working. However, still when I run site audit at SEMRush, it says that 56 pages have bad text/html ratio.
What I would like to ask you is that, is there any other way we could reduce text/html ratio. Could you please suggest something like…reduce use of colour section or any other particular component that you know of as heavy HTML. Any advise will be great.
Thanks guys.

I wouldn’t worry about the text/ratio warning directly, it’s just an indicator that the amount of html codes in the page is higher than the text or content. If those pages contains images mostly, maybe, you can add a little more text to those pages. The thing is, we can’t reduce the amount of html the theme generates because it has to be there in order to build the elements in the page. The only solution is to add more content inside those pages.

this is relating to a another question but somehow I cannot find a link to add new topic. Looks like I forgot how to do it.
I am trying to create a button or image and put video in lightbox but it does not seem to be working. To further test it, i created an image and selected ‘lightbox’ for link. This is what happens. Please have a look:
