Hey!

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.avia-post-nav span.entry-title {
  display: none;
}
.avia-post-nav .entry-info-wrap {
  width: 100px;
}

Then please edit your post and click “Screen options” from the top right corner and check “Discussion” and scroll below your content to disable it.
