post categories wrong order

Hi

I use enfold on our customers site and we have a list of books by category but the category list is out of order. It works fine when I change the theme but on enfold the category list order is wrong.

I’ve put a link in the private content section below and the category order selection list should be alphabetical but for some reason it’s put the “Contemporary Fiction” category at the end of the list when it should be second.
