Dear Kriesi,
I am looking after a friend’s website which uses your Enfold theme and the WordPress visual editor is not working. I tried to update the enfold theme on the WP dashboard but we have lost touch with the original web designer who purchased the Enfold parent theme, so I have no access to the requested API key or Themeforest username/ account to update the Enfold parent theme, currently 3.7.
I am wondering if there is any way to update the theme, or access API key and username, or do I need to repurchase the theme? I asked these questions to Envato Market, but have had a very vague reply :-(Any help and advice you can give is much appreciated, thank you.

We are afraid you need to buy a new license :(
There is nothing else we can do, as without a license you will not be able to update and we have way 2 many more impressive updates coming, which you will do love!Best regards,
