Position of the featured image in blog posts

In this blogpost https://www.kvtelstar.nl/2020/04/24/overlijden-leen-molenberg/ the image is left. As I looked into the other blogposts, all images are left. I would like to have it al centered. How do I do that?

Please add this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:

#top .fullsize .template-blog .big-preview {
    text-align: center;
}
```
