I have noticed that if editing only 1 Heading element on a page where there may be multiple Headings then either the newly edited heading or large portions of the page are missing after updating the page. It appears as if a closing [/heading] tag is missing somewhere. I have gotten around this issue in the past by always updating all the Heading Elements on a page when only 1 needs to be changed but that is becoming cumbersome and others are beginning to make changes to the site and they don’t know/remember to do this which causes large portions of some pages to disappear and I have to go fix it..
Scenario
As you can see from this screenshot there are 4 Heading Elements. I want to edit just the one marked as #2.
I have made my edit as seen here and then I click UPDATE.
After updating the page and refreshing the page what was previously #2 is now simply missing.
It is also missing in the advanced layout builder as well.
However in the DEBUG view I can see that it is still there. the [/heading] tag is missing from the the heading #1 (which was not edited).
In the DEBUG window I can then manually add in the tag [/heading] behind #1 and after clicking UPDATE the element re-appears in the Advanced Layout Builder and on the webpage view with my edit in place.
Had I edited only # 3 then everything after Heading 1 until after Heading 3 is gone. I also get an additional textbox with a closed layout tag (This is a similar page layout just different text/picture).
In the DEBUG view it now shows #1 and #2 as needing the closing [/heading] tag.
If I try and go exit and go back into those same pages where I just fixed the [/heading] tags they are still there. So short term my work around or adding in the closing tag seems to resolve the issue. I am just unsure if this is some leftover remnant from a much older version of enfold/WP/CSS on my site that been fixed already and I just haven’t edited enough of the headings on my pages to fully get rid of it. Or if this is something that happens again every time the theme or WP or some other plugin is updated. I never made a note of which pages gave me trouble in the past. I will begin doing that and if I see the problem show back up on those same pages then i will know for sure there is an issue. Have you ever seen this before? Was this a known issue in the past that I possibly haven’t flushed out of my site fully yet?

Make sure that Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.4.4, and deactivate all plugins while testing.
Try creating a new page first and add some headings in and check to see if you can edit them fine. If they are fine and the problem is only happening on that specific page then there is most likely a typo somewhere in your code. You can copy your content over to the new page piece by piece to figure out which element is causing the problem.
Cheers!
