    Lets say we using the portfolio grid element to display a custom post type. Each post has a category one, two, three, four, five, six.

    As standard the sort options are in alphabetical order (five, four, one, six, two) see image below…

    Is it possible to add a custom order to the sort buttons so they are in sequence ie one, two, three, four, five , six

    Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Do you know where the javascript that creates the sort_by_cat lives?

    The sort options are rendered from the server. Here are the files:
    themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-masonry.php and wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/portfolio.php
