I’ve got multiple portfolio entries setup and tagged appropriately, and in my ‘blog settings’ I have ‘related entries’ turned on, but they’re not showing up on my portfolio pages. How do I turn them on? Here is one portfolio page example. It should have at least one related entry with it as the other entry has the same tag and categories.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and make sure that you have chosen to display “Related Entries” and you need to know that you need to add tags to show the related entries.
Best regards,

I have included my credentials below so you can see that I have done those things. Here are the two related entries. My understanding is that each of these should show the other as a ‘related item’ at the bottom of the page:

You have to modify the single-portfolio.php template, the related posts part has to be added there.
Please refer to this thread for a solutions. If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaApril 5, 2017 at 11:51 pm #772901Unfortunately that didn’t work. I copy pasted exactly what you said, and nothing changed. I refreshed a few times to clear my cache too.
All the portfolio items are tagged and have categories selected. There are multiple items with the same tags and categories, but no related images are displaying. Here is a sample page where related items SHOULD be displaying: http://2017remake.izoneimaging.com/portfolio-item/newseum/
Can you please take a look at the code and see what the problem is? I need to get those turned on.

When you build portfolio items via Advanced Layout Builder they use different template, and so you have to do everything in the Advanced Layout Builder, you can add the “Blog posts” element and set the category you need to show as related or use “Post slider” for that.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
