    Hello, I have a need for urgent help …
    Firstly I use your template for a while on all my websites! With your last update, I got several different issues on all my sites!

    – Enfold Template is up to date.
     (No Updates available, you are running the latest version! (4.3))
    – All my plugins from all my sites are up to date.
    – I’m using a pro cache plugin (Wp-rocket)
    – I use a pro plugin to optimize SSL security (Really Simple SSL pro)

    1 – I noticed on the popup video, some instability when the cursor is at the popup (shake unstable).

    2- The most urgent problem … it is with the portfolio plugin … when I access the portfolio … the images are stacked on top of each other … which was not the case before …

    I would like to understand and resolve this annoying situation as soon as possible please.

    If you need to have access to the backend of one of the websites to see some things … this is possible … just to ask!

    Hey Pascal,

    Sorry for the problems, I can see what you are describing on the first site, though not on the second one, so I think it’s something local going wrong on that site. Could you send us login details for the site starting with vigno in private please?

    1- I have an intermittent problem, if I search the page, sometimes I have elements that appear before the logo of the preloader, it is not always the case, really particular!

    2- For portfolio images that overlap, if I am logged in admin, the phenomenon does not occur … the grid of images is displayed correctly! Once again, really special as situation!

    I often test in private window on google chrome …

    The error is at the level of the object (Masonry) … if you reload several times the page, the images, at a given time, should pile up on top of each other …

    The error is at the object level (Galery Masonry) … the images always stack on top of each other …

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details and feedback. I see that you are running a caching plugin, that could explain why you are seeing different results when being logged in and not logged in. Could you try to clear the cache from the caching plugin and leave it deactivated to see if that helps please?

    Hi,

    I disabled my cahing plugin (wp-Rocket)
    I put your optimization parameter in the Enfold template and I used your indication for the cache options (WP Super Cache).

    Everything works well now on all my sites … except 2 things …

    1- Now I have an abnormal situation that has just occurred … When I load more image with the link load more … the preloader no longer appears, it takes time, the screen shake .. and the images appear later in a shaking mode ???

    Caisses claires / Fûts segmentés

    Aux petits moteurs CHARETTE

    2- Video popup that shake ???

    It is really difficult to find the error of such a bug when you get no error in the console … any item in the portfolio at the moment I have a lot of problem … really frustrating!

    Hi beauch66,

    1- I saw 2 preloader and images with fade-in animation. It is a normal behavior. Is this not what you need?

    I did a lot of testing and analysis on all of my sites that have almost all the same configuration … and not the same behavior with the Enfold portfolio components … really weird? (Bearing I have no console errors for all of my sites)

    I solved the image overlay problem by enabling Enfold’s performance configuration by enabling all the components (Disabling of template builder elements: Always load all elements). I find it a shame to lose performance to fix a problem that is present on 2 sites but not on other sites using Enfold and the same configurations?

    * On the site creativite3w.com … I have an error that occurs when I load other elements with the Masonry component … yet the page is simple in itself and no error on the console … the elements Adding the legend appears abnormally !!!

    Can you please help me understand and solve my problems with Enfold’s portfolio component objects ???

    Before your update 4.3 … everything worked perfectly … I must not be the only one to live this situation?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info. I visited the “creativite3w” site and when I clicked on the load more button, it only loads a single item. Is that what’s supposed to happen? I don’t see any problem with it but I’m just wondering if that is the remaining portfolio items. How many portfolio items are there?
