Portfolio Post Type Data Missing from Dashboard

Just recently updated to WordPress version 3.9.1 and Enfold theme 2.8.1 and all my items in the Portfolio Dashboard section is missing. No more categories, no more posts. The Portfolio and items still show on the front end of the site and they still exist in the database, however, there’s no access to these posts and categories in the dashboard area for editing.

I’ve disabled all plugins, updated the permalinks, switched out the theme, cleared my browser cache and I still cannot get the portfolio items to show up in the custom post type area that was created by the Enfold theme. How do I go about re-attaching all that information that’s still in the database back to show up in the dashboard?
