October 17, 2015 at 4:37 am #520357This is the worst support ever seen!!! after 48 hours you just sent me a link to wordpress documents like i didn’t look up around before sending support request and it doesnt say anything related to may question. Its seems that you guys cannot handle the support of what you are selling.
Second time in 1 week answering me after 48 hrs with no solution. this is not acceptable,
I asked last time about i cannot update the template normaly via update button (THAT’S WHY YOU HAVE UPDTE BUTTON) and you sent me a link on how to update manually wich is a pain in the ass, and i sais ok i will not update for now until ENFOLD FIXES the glich of update and im still with the 3.2 version awating cause if i want an shitty template that i need to do everything manually there is a plenty out there.
Now i asked about PORTFOLIO and you sent me a link about POSTS that doesnt solve or say anything. I was expecting more serious ans prompt response from you. THE FACT YOU HAVE SO MANY support request shows your template has so many issue and you cannt handle them.
Again read carefully what i asked for and i hope i will get the right support this time otherwhise i will ask for a refund and i will rise a hell in all relates site about your flaw of support online and over social medias, I HOOE I DONT HAVE TO WAIT OTHER 3 DAYS TO GET 5 USLESS WORDS THAT WONT SOLVE THE ISSUE. AND DONT FORGET THE TEMPLATE UPDATE JUST IN CASE. IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENCE TO DO IT MANUALLY OVER FTP (JUST A REMINDER)Thank you
October 17, 2015 at 6:54 pm #520452Hi!
Sorry that gave you a bad perception of our support but It is implicit to rely on a WP plugin because what you’re asking is technically a WordPress question (changing Permalink structure). Did you try the plugin? if not, here are some details on how to use it:
1. Install the plugin and activate it.
2. Go to Settings > Permalinks and scroll down to Permalink Setting for custom post type > portfolio and paste the following there:/%portfolio_entries%/%postname%/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/
