When I try to save any changes to the portfolio page, after it’s saved, all page builder elements get removed. I have a video explaining that, https://app.screencast.com/jsvCT0shVt307
It’s upside down but you can see the issue.

    Hey cutaboveweb,

Do you have any open html tags in your content before the disappering content? If so, then please close them properly. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private and let us know where we can see the actual problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you add any custom CSS which might have caused this? If so, then please try to remove all your custom CSS, then add it back block by block to see what is causing the problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Please post admin WordPress login details in private, we don’t need access to your hosting provider as of now. You can use the email in private, or one of your own.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience, in your video it looks like the special heading text is bold, so I believe that you have used “strong” tags in the special heading and perhaps didn’t close it correctly, so when you save the page all of the elements after it are lost, this is a common error, but I can’t check because we don’t have a login to your site. Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.
As for your burger menu it looks like you have added 4 phone links to your header somehow, none show on the frontend, the one that does show in the top bar is a fifth, so these seem to be causing the issue, try removing these:

If this doesn’t help we can take a look to see what else could be the issue.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, for the burger menu issue with the four extra phone links, this was because in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ Header ▸ Extra Elements ▸ Phone Number or small info text there was no closing tag for the link:
    Enfold_Support_5099.jpeg
    I fixed it for you.
As for the issue in the video for the other site I don’t know what page to look at, please provide a direct link to the page with the issue.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

It doesn’t matter if it’s new or if I try and just update the page with new content. If I update, I lose all my work.

Are you manually adding html tags to the page? Please make sure that there are no invalid tags and that all tags are properly closed. Also, please avoid inserting angle brackets (greater or less than symbols) directly into the content, as they may break the layout of the page and cause the loss of all content after those symbols.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
