    I use portfolio pages to display my content, and on each one there are two back/forward buttons on the side. Please tell me how to turn these off, this is not what I want.

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    #top .avia-post-nav { display: none !important; }
