Hello, this is I think a WP question not an Enfold question.
I have this page:-

On it is a link to a portfolio item
http://freedivingpuglia.com/portfolio-item/open/
Hoe can I add a header to the portfolio item do that is is on every item that I link to. I sort of want to load the portfolio items into the page rather tjan opening a new one.
This is probably a WP fundemental thing that I do not understand.
