    CANOPY INSURANCE | Explainer Voiceover

    When I was running Enfold 3.8 this page was displaying perfectly.
    There were 3 videos showing on the 2/3 part on the left hand side and the 1/3 part on right hand side showed the project text and details.

    Now with Enfold 4.4 and WordPress 4.9.6 – this page seems to have lost the last video – it just shows as black.

    and

    The portfolio text and accordion is showing below on the left hand side instead of the right hand side.

    all my portfolio entires with 1 or 2 videos are working fine – but this one with 3 videos is not working with errors as described above.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you enable the “Lazy Load videos” option? Please provide the login details in the private field. We would like to check the Video settings.

    Hi Ismael,
    When I updated to Enfold 4.4 I didn’t have any caching plugins running at all or any lazy loader plugins and the problem on that page was there straight away.

    Note that its not just the video that is black – the problem also shifts the text/accordian from the screen right hand side (final third) of the screen to below the third video. Please compare to the other portfolio item pages which are working perfectly.

    I now have WP Rocket running – but Lazy Loader is only turned ON for images – not videos.

    The last video loads properly now. Is this fixed? The version of the theme is still 4.4.

    Yes its working now. I didn’t do anything to fix it. Seems to have fixed itself!

    Maybe when I installed the WP rocket plugin and regenerated cache etc it cleared the initial problem which may have come about when I first edited the page – thats all I can think of.
