    Hello,

    I went through your support forum and tried refreshing and re-saving permalink, deactivate bulletproof security. Can’t resolve the portfolio page 404 issue. See link in private content. Note there is currently no portfolio items. Even when the items were activated, there’s still the 404 error.

    Any other suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

    Note the text, ‘portfolio’ has been changed to ‘features’.

    Hi,

    Please check if the slug “portfolio” or “features” is already used for a category, post, tag, etc.
    I now changed the custom permalink structure (Settings > Permalinks) to /%category%/%postname%/ which should solve the issue even if more entries use the same slug.

    Hey Peter,

    Thanks for your quick response. I checked to ensure ‘features’ is not used in category, post, pages, tags. The issue remains. I tried the same solution in another site. Same issue.

    Any other suggestion to resolve it?

    Hey Peter,

    Fixed the 404 issue. I had deleted the ‘Portfolio’ Page or ‘Feature’ Page I had created earlier on. That’s what generated the 404 issue. Re-creating a new page fixed the problem. All is good.
