    Hi
    I’m currently reworking my site, previously I had used the normal masonry element and the overlays for this included the post date. As part of the restructure I’ve been changing most of my posts to portfolio items but noticed the portfolio masonry doesn’t include the post dates on the Title/Exerpt overlay. Is there anyway I can add this in? I’m using a child theme.

    Hey Digilocker,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Thanks Basilis, that’s unfortunate, I was hoping the two masonry widgets would be similar, and there would be a function I could add to the child theme. No worries, will have a rethink on that, thanks again! :)

    Hi Digilocker,

    Well, you can add the dates to the excerpt manually if you don’t have too many portfolios to update.
