    Hi there,

    Portfolio Items have disappeared from the left hand navigation within WordPress all of a sudden – could perhaps be related to latest version of WP.

    I read the post at https://kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-admin-menu-position/ but wasn’t sure where to edit that file (couldn’t see it within WP Editor).

    Can you possibly assist please? I’ve found a limited workaround, but it’s not ideal. Admin login and more detail in private message.

    Hey sjwmobile,

    I’m not sure what’s going on with your installation but it says you are running WordPress 3.8.3, and no updates show up on the Dashboard for it. The latest version is actually 4.7. Have you made any changes to core WordPress files which might affect that?

    Thanks Rikard – silly mistake by myself here, apologies. I’d disabled updates.

    Have updated to 4.7 and portfolio items are now showing.
